A Reassuring Ally – when you need it most
The LawWin team knows that having your life suddenly and unexpectedly affected, often significantly, by an injury suffered in an accident can be a difficult and worrying time.
We also know that making, or even enquiring about, a personal injury compensation claim can be a daunting prospect for some. We know that people do not want to speak to several different levels of handler before they get the answers they need. That’s why we will put you straight through to a personal injury compensation expert with the skill and knowledge to give you the answers that you need. In that first call, what is our first priority? To listen. We take the time to understand fully not just your accident but also how the injuries have affected you and your life.
It is important that the best legal advice is given from the outset to give you the best chance of getting the best possible outcome in your personal injury claim. We believe the right level of support and understanding is just as important in making the process as straight forward as possible for you.
What can LawWin do for me?
LawWin is the specialist claims division of one of Scotland’s most long established and highly regarded law firms. Our specialist personal injury team will help you every step of the way. When you contact us you will get straight through to an expert adviser. There is no middle-man, no passing you from one person to the next before you get the answers you need.
We act No Win/No Fee so you are protected from any risk on costs.
We do it all while keeping in mind that your claim is about more than just the law – your claim is about you and how the injuries have affected you. At LawWin we put our clients at the heart of everything.
- Explain clearly the steps we will take to try to resolve your claim through negotiation
- Keep you updated throughout the process
- Explain what input we will need from you, at what stage and why
- Pursue claims forcefully to minimise delays in resolving your case
- Obtain, where possible, an interim payment of your compensation at an early stage
- Advise you fully on all options if an opponent delays
We deliver. We get the job done.
No two claims are identical. Some claims settle in a relatively straight forward way. But sometimes, success is achieved only through a willingness to fight. We do not run from fights. If a case needs to be fought hard, perhaps even involving the raising of a court action, we stand ready to fight that case.
Above all, we strive to get you the best result and the maximum amount of personal injury compensation you are entitled to under the law.
Our message to our clients is always the same – do not settle for less, settle for more.
No Win, No Fee Solicitors
No Win, No Fee means exactly what it says. You can have the peace of mind knowing that if your claim does not succeed, you will have nothing at all to pay. There are no hidden costs.
What happens if I don’t win my case?
We mean what we say. If you do not win your case, then there is nothing at all for you to pay – no fees and no outlays to others.
What happens if I do win my case?
This is the question that many personal injury claims companies and Solicitors do not want to answer, preferring to keep it a secret. But we are perfectly clear about it. If your case succeeds, it is likely that we will charge a success fee. If a success fee is charged, it would be paid only at the end of the claim. It would be paid from your compensation. So you will never be out of pocket. We will discuss fully with you in our first discussion what success fee, if any, might arise in your case.
We always advise people to be very wary of anyone offering 100% compensation. Those promises are so often a fast-track to shortcuts. Firms and companies that offer 100% compensation – will they really be in a position to invest time and the commitment to understanding your injury and your case and then fighting it to get the best possible outcome for you? We don’t think so. To ensure you receive the best possible financial outcome for you, it is expertise, understanding and the willingness to fight cases that need fighting which matter most.
